Catch your breath and sink deeply into the beauty and the power of the museum. Thoughtfully curated mindfulness experiences have been designed to awaken and elevate all of your senses. Each guided meditation will align with a current exhibition.



All programming at the museum will be socially distant and all participants, including facilitators, will be masked.

Special mindfulness workshops – including dance/movement, visual art, and storytelling- that engage with these works in longer and richer ways are forthcoming.
