About the Performance
Grammy nominated band leader JC Hopkins will lead his Micro Orchestra, composed of an eclectic instrumentation (harp, vibraphone, stings, etc.) through an evening in celebration of the songs of the great Leonard Cohen. The night will feature a variety of exceptional vocalists interpreting Cohen’s amazing body of work.
Special guests include Binky Griptite, Victoria Williams, Synead Nichols, Mr. Reed, Joy Hanson, and Erica Mancini.
This performance is in honor of David LaChapelle who has often pointed to Leonard Cohen as one of his most beloved musical artists.
