Dolly Faibyshev is fascinated by the effects of stylization in western culture. She can be found documenting scenes as various as high fashion shows, Dolly Parton look-a-like gatherings, Wrestlemania meets, mid-century Palm Springs settings, and - of course - Dog Shows. The scene of specialization is only the starting point for her camera which seeks out opportunistic shots that find humor, color, and moment everywhere.

This poster image showcases an intriguing contrast between the rear views of both dog and handler, discovering an electric essay in color contrast, scale, and texture - whereby hangs a tail.
