It's a lyric penned by Nas in his widely acclaimed 1994 album Illmatic, and in a graphic inversion it plays to the wearer, not the onlooker - a sly and savvy verbal innovation evocative of the rapper spirit. Depending on how you look at it it might read "I never sleep cause sleep is the cousin of death." Handsomely stitched in white thread, whichever way you might look at it it resonates. This is a pullover style hoodie, with the hand warmer pocket in front, and a drawstring hood. The reverse displays our title graphic on a red swatch, surmounted and underlined with the Fotografiska and Mass Appeal logos, and the left ribbed cuff shows our signature Hip Hop 50 red tab, commemorating a special anniversary in musical history.
