Fotografiska's food and drink philosophy, under the signature of our culinary creator Paul Svensson and team, constantly pushes the boundaries and creates as much taste sensation as heightened consciousness. In the new conscious kitchen, the produce is always in focus. In our organic plant-based kitchen we extract maximum flavour from our produce by using as much as we can and wasting as little as possible.

Here you can enjoy dishes that have a particularly unique quality – when every part of the produce is used, its full taste potential is achieved: Conscious Cuisine. Our menus are based on knowledgeable selections of the best seasonal produce, whether it be plants, fish, meat or poultry. This is how sustainable enjoyment that saves the planet is served.

Information for larger groups (8 – 79 people)

We offer two different set menus with mid-sized plantbased dishes for large groups. These dishes are mainly vegetarian but can be accompanied by an animal protein.

The amount of food in our menu of four servings is much like a normal three-course meal, and our smallest menu of three servings, the same as a normal two-course meal. As an option, you can add a piece of animal protein to your hot plant dish. This is selected by the kitchen, depending on what best ingredients they can get hold of on the day.

Please order the entire menu, including drinks, no later than 1 week in advance. For food, please make the same selections for the entire party.
