Our food- and drink philosophy

The fundamental principle of Fotografiska’s food and drink philosophy, developed by our legendary culinary creator Paul Svensson and his team, is to create unique taste sensations while simultaneously increasing awareness about sustainability. The seasonal cuisine from our organic, plant-based kitchen maximizes enjoyment and flavor by making use of every part of the ingredients. Some dishes have a traditional bent, but they always have an edge. Our mission to inspire a more conscious world permeates everything that Fotografiska is and does. That’s why we want to serve sustainable enjoyment that helps to save the planet we all call home. Fotografiska’s restaurant has been honored with the Michelin Sustainability Emblem since 2020.

The Restaurant

Every dish prepared in our award-winning restaurant is based on the tastiest morsels the plant kingdom has to offer, and the menu always follows the seasons. Some dishes have a traditional bent, but they always have an edge. Choose from three different menu experiences, according to your mood!

Bistro Bread & Wine

Fotografiska’s vibrant bistro and wine bar. It serves a seasonal menu suitable for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner or snacks.

Chambre Séparée

Would you like some peace and quiet? On Level 2 you will also find our Chambre Séparée – an exclusive, secluded room where you can enjoy stunning views of Stockholm’s inlet.
