Membership terms & conditions - Fotografiska Stockholm - May 17, 2022
We offer fully digital memberships available here on the web. By becoming a member, you accept the terms below and agree to receiving information about current offers and activities.
When logged in as a member, you can book entrance tickets free of charge, get access to membership prices on Fotografiska Live events, as well as benefits in the bistro, restaurant and shop. As logged in to My account, you can see all your membership benefits, your purchase and payment history and administer the settings for your membership.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right according to Swedish law to cancel the purchase of membership on Fotografiska’s website within a period of 14 days after the time of purchase. Contact our member service (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you wish to withdraw your purchase and we will help you further.
Validity and termination
Annual membership agreement in Fotografiska Familjen is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. Monthly memberships have a minimum of 6 months subscription. At the end of the agreement period, the membership is automatically renewed with a new payment setup. If you do not wish to renew your membership, cancel by clicking “Stop auto-renew” when logged in to your account. Do this before current membership period ends. The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to renewed membership from the time a new fee has been deducted. Contact our membership service (email@example.com) if you wish to withdraw the purchase of renewed membership and we will help you further.
During the subscription period, a price guarantee applies to the member, which guarantees that the price remains the same during the subscription period. When the agreement / subscription period has expired and if a price change has taken place, the price changes to the new specified the month after the subscription period has expired. Changes to membership terms
Fotografiska reserves the right to make changes to membership terms, benefits and prices. Before a change in terms or price takes effect, you as a member are informed in advance through Fotografiska’s channels; website and email. Active memberships remain protected against price increases until the subscription period has expired. If you do not wish to renew your membership after any change in terms, please contact our membership service.

All prices on Fotografiska’s website are stated in SEK incl. VAT. In the event of any price changes, the price that is currently shown on site at the time of order placement applies.
Fotografiska Stockholm webshop currently offer delivery within Sweden only.
After placing an order online, it takes 5-6 working days before an order is ready for pickup at the local Service point. 1-2 days delivery is added if frame mounting is included in the order. For orders placed during public holidays, additional delivery time may be added as the printing service is closed during certain public holidays.
Delivery time for apparel printed on demand is 5-8 working days.
It is important that the person picking up the order is the same person registered on the order. This means that if you plan to place an order as a gift or to someone other than yourself, you should place the order with their details, most importantly their name as well as telephone number.
Fotografiska webshop offers shipping via DHL to postal agents, so-called Service points. You will be notified via avi or sms and pick up your package yourself at your current postal agent. Shipping cost 49 SEK.
Home delivery via Bring is available daytime 8am-5pm. Shipping cost 99 SEK.
Returns/Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop via our webshop. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the item. You have the right to recover the money upon invoking the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you notify us that you regret the purchase provided that the item has been returned or until you have presented proof of returned item. If you wish to make a return of delivered product(s), please email email@example.com to receive a return code. State this code at a service point to get a printed return slip. After sending the notification, you must return the item / items well-packaged within 14 days at the latest (the items do not need to have been received by us within the deadline). Return cost is payed by you as customer. Refund of purchase amount is made when product is returned and registered. Fotografiska reserves the right to delay the refund if the product has not been returned and the consumer can not prove that it has been returned.
For orders placed between Nov 21 and Dec 24, returns are extended to Jan 13th 2023.
Please note that you can not return apparel printed on demand. This info is also found on product pages for selected on demand apparel.
In the event of used or damaged goods, Fotografiska can make depreciation deductions, but the reason for this must then be specified.
Any dispute must be resolved by the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden.

You can also turn to the district court to resolve any dispute.
The purchase agreement is accepted when Fotografiska Shop confirms your order. We recommend that you save this confirmation in case you need to contact Fotografiska’s customer service. You can cancel the order until you receive an order confirmation. If you cancel an order, the amount you have paid will be refunded.
