Inclusiveness is Fotografiska's middle name, and now all our diners can take a luxurious Goodiebag back home with them Your leftovers will fit neatly into this sustainably produced container.
It's the next step in living up to our conscious cuisine/zero waste philosophy.
Not only can you revel in our delicacies over and over, but you will help save the planet. With Paul Svensson in the lead, Fotografiska is launching recyclable Goodie bags for our diners to take home with them. The initiative is the next step in our long-term conscious cuisine effort - offering sustainable pleasure while honoring all the ingredients. Instead of wasting the planet’s resources, we are promoting a long-term ecological perspective in both word and deed.
– Squandering food is a horrific problem when it comes to restaurants, kitchen tables and refrigerators alike. The goal of our zero waste/conscious cuisine philosophy, as exemplified by the Goodiebag project, is to provide inspiration for using and recycling ingredients instead of filling wastebaskets with uneaten food.
Now all of our diners can relish our delectable dishes a second time: at home, on the job or even at a family picnic.
– You will also have the satisfaction of knowing that you are not wasting the glorious (and scarce) fruits of nature. Good food is made to be enjoyed at least twice. Only by pooling our energy and commitment can we ensure the growth of a more sustainable society. Taking our responsibilities seriously represents both a gift to ourselves and a legacy for future generations. Join us, rejoice in our conscious cuisine and its respect for every ingredient. The planet will thank you for it. And so will Paul Svensson.
