Taken from Fotografiska's 2017 exhibition of Charlotte Gyllenhammar's show entitled, appropriately enough, Night, this piece is teasingly entitled, "CG". A starkly white subject photographed on a profoundly black background, the image is of an immaculately clean, pressed, and arranged baby robe with only the hood occupied by a realistically molded baby's head. The fusion of the real and the unreal is Gyllenhammar's interest, usually sounding a lingering, if elegant note of the gothic.
